To find your shirt size, it's best to start with your neck measurement. You can follow these steps:
- Place a tape measure around the base of your neck, just below your Adam's apple.
- Make sure the tape is snug but not tight, and add a finger's width of room so the shirt isn't too tight.
- The measurement of your neck in centimeters will be your size.
